Ordering:
Ordering is simple. All orders are taken either via email or phone. Please check availability of each item as our inventory turns over frequently.
Feel free to call or email questions regarding featured items or current inventory. Only a small percent of our inventory will be listed on this site.
Policies:
1: All domestic shipments, unless otherwise stated, will be shipped via DHL.
2: All items will be insured.
3: Repeat Performance will not be liable for any damage that occurs after the item was shipped. We will assist and provide any necessary information needed to file any claims necessary but the purchaser will be ultimately responsible to pursue and collect any claim.

Repeat Performance guarantees the satisfaction of each and every customer. If for whatever reason the instrument you purchases does not meet or exceed your expectations, send it back for a full refund. (less S&H) Damage during shipping not included.
